What kind of information do we keep?

Those responsible for the organization of the 17th Porto International Tango Festival receive and archive only the information sent by the Festival participants in the Registration Form or Contact Form: Name, email, message and information about the type of registration desired by the participant.

Why do we keep this personal information?

In compliance with the current regulations on personal data, those responsible for the organization inform that they undertake to use the data provided by them in the registration/message bulletin, only within the scope of the Festival's administrative control. These data will never be made available to third parties, unless expressly authorized by the person concerned.

How do we store the personal information submitted by Festival participants?

Our website is developed and hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix provides us with an online platform that allows us to post and receive subscription forms/messages.

Your information may be stored in the Wix.com database. Wix stores your information on secure servers behind a firewall.

How do we communicate with Festival participants?

We may contact you to notify you or to help you resolve an issue related to your application. For this, we can contact you via email.

How can Festival participants withdraw their consent?

At any time, participants may request access, rectification or cancellation of their personal data, through an email sent to info@festivaltangoporto.com indicating their name, email and the clear intention to stop receiving information.

We have the right to modify the current privacy policy at any time, however we will notify you immediately so that you are aware of the information we hold and how we use it.
